🌿 Cannabis-Infused Chocolate Fudge (with Cannabutter)

Ingredients (8×8 inch pan, ~16 pieces)

  • ½ cup (1 stick) cannabutter
    (You can blend it with regular butter if you want to lower the potency — e.g., ¼ cup cannabutter + ¼ cup regular butter.)

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • ½ cup whole milk (or evaporated milk for richer fudge)

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows or ½ cup marshmallow fluff

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

🍫 Instructions

1. Prepare the pan

  • Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Cook the base

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine:

    • 2 cups sugar

    • ½ cup milk

    • ½ cup cannabutter

    • Pinch of salt

  2. Heat over medium, stirring until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves.

3. Bring to a boil

  • Once smooth, bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

  • Do not stir while boiling.

  • Let it cook until it reaches 234–240°F (soft-ball stage) — or simmer gently for 4–5 minutes if you don’t have a thermometer.

4. Add the chocolate + marshmallow

  • Remove from heat.

  • Stir in:

    • 1 cup chocolate chips

    • mini marshmallows or fluff

    • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Mix until everything is melted and smooth.

5. Set the fudge

  • Pour into the lined pan.

  • Smooth the top.

  • Let cool at room temperature for 2–3 hours, or chill for 1 hour.

  • Cut into squares.
