🌿 Cannabis-Infused Chocolate Fudge (with Cannabutter)
Ingredients (8×8 inch pan, ~16 pieces)

½ cup (1 stick) cannabutter
(You can blend it with regular butter if you want to lower the potency — e.g., ¼ cup cannabutter + ¼ cup regular butter.) -
2 cups granulated sugar

½ cup whole milk (or evaporated milk for richer fudge)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
1 cup mini marshmallows or ½ cup marshmallow fluff
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
Pinch of salt
🍫 Instructions
1. Prepare the pan

Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Cook the base

In a medium saucepan, combine:

2 cups sugar
-
½ cup milk
-
½ cup cannabutter
-
Pinch of salt
-

Heat over medium, stirring until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves.
3. Bring to a boil

Once smooth, bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

Do not stir while boiling.

Let it cook until it reaches 234–240°F (soft-ball stage) — or simmer gently for 4–5 minutes if you don’t have a thermometer.
4. Add the chocolate + marshmallow

Remove from heat.

Stir in:

1 cup chocolate chips

mini marshmallows or fluff

1 tsp vanilla

Mix until everything is melted and smooth.
5. Set the fudge

Pour into the lined pan.

Smooth the top.

Let cool at room temperature for 2–3 hours, or chill for 1 hour.

Cut into squares.
