🎃 Cannabis-Infused Pumpkin Bread
A moist, spiced loaf packed with warm autumn flavor and the relaxing effects of cannabutter.
🍞 Ingredients:

1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder
-
½ tsp salt
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
½ tsp nutmeg
-
¼ tsp cloves (optional)

¼ tsp ginger (optional)

2 large eggs
-
1 cup pumpkin purée (not pie filling)

½ cup cannabutter, melted and cooled slightly
-
½ cup brown sugar, packed
-
½ cup white sugar
-
¼ cup milk (any kind)
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or pumpkin seeds for topping
🥣 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.

In another bowl, beat eggs, then stir in pumpkin purée, melted cannabutter, sugars, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix gently until just combined — don’t overmix.

Pour batter into the loaf pan. Top with nuts, seeds, or chips if desired.

Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool for 15–20 minutes before slicing.
🌿 Dosing Tip:
If your cannabutter is 10mg THC per tablespoon, and you use ½ cup (8 tbsp), that’s 80mg THC in the whole loaf.
Cut into 8 slices = 10mg per slice.
Cut into 12 = ~6.6mg per slice.
You can always substitute regular butter for part of the cannabutter to lower the dosage.
