π§ Ingredients (Serves 2β3):

8 oz spaghetti or pasta of your choice

3 tbsp cannabutter (adjust based on potency)

2 cloves garlic, minced

Β½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

1 tsp lemon zest (optional but brightens the flavor)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook Pasta
Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ΒΌ cup of the pasta water before draining. -
Infuse the Sauce
In a large skillet over low heat, melt cannabutter gently. Add minced garlic and cook for 1β2 minutes until fragrant (do not brown the butter). -
Add Flavor
Stir in chili flakes, lemon zest, and the reserved pasta water to emulsify the sauce slightly. -
Toss It Together
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the cannabutter mixture. -
Finish It Off
Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Top with Parmesan if desired. -

Letβs say your cannabutter is 10mg THC per tablespoon. If you use 3 tbsp, thatβs 30mg THC total. Divide that among 3 servings = ~10mg per serving.
You can easily adjust the amount of cannabutter to match your desired dose β for microdosing, use 1 tbsp of cannabutter + 2 tbsp regular butter or olive oil.
