🧄 Garlic Herb Cannabis Mashed Potatoes (Savory & Comforting)

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs russet or Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and chopped

  • 2–4 tbsp canna butter (adjust to desired potency)

  • 2–4 tbsp regular unsalted butter (optional, to dilute potency)

  • ½ cup whole milk or heavy cream (warm)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or roasted

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: chives, sour cream, parmesan

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Boil Potatoes
    Place peeled and chopped potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until fork-tender.

  2. Drain and Dry
    Drain potatoes well. Let them sit in the hot pot for a few minutes to steam off excess moisture.

  3. Mash
    Use a potato masher or ricer to mash until smooth.

  4. Add Cannabutter
    Stir in the canna butter and optional regular butter. Mix until melted and incorporated.

  5. Flavor It Up
    Stir in garlic, warm milk/cream, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Adjust texture with more milk if needed.

  6. Taste and Adjust
    Add extra salt, pepper, or herbs to your liking.

  7. Serve Warm
    Garnish with extra parsley or chives. Serve as a cozy side dish or infused comfort food.

🧠 Dosing Tip:

If your canna butter is strong (e.g., 10mg THC per tablespoon), you can do:

  • 2 tbsp canna butter

  • 2 tbsp regular butter

Divided over 4 servings, that’s 5mg THC per serving. Adjust based on your desired dose and butter strength.
