Warm, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth infused bread.

🌿 Ingredients

For the Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 ΒΌ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp regular butter or oil

For the Infused Herb Butter

  • 3–6 tbsp cannabutter (adjust potency)

  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or parsley

  • Pinch salt

  • Optional: parmesan or cheddar for cheesy pull-apart

1. Activate Yeast

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water + sugar.

  2. Sprinkle yeast on top; let sit 5–10 min until foamy.

2. Make the Dough

  1. Add salt, flour, and regular butter/oil.

  2. Mix until a dough forms, then knead 5–7 min until smooth.

  3. Cover and rise for 1 hour, until doubled.

3. Prepare the Cannabutter Herb Mixture

  1. Melt cannabutter on LOW heat (don’t simmer).

  2. Stir in garlic, herbs, and salt.

4. Assemble the Pull-Apart Loaf

  1. Punch down dough and roll into a large rectangle.

  2. Brush generously with the infused herb butter.

  3. Slice into strips, then squares.

  4. Stack squares loosely in a loaf pan (they don’t need to be perfect).

  5. Drizzle any remaining cannabutter over the top.

5. Bake

  1. Bake at 350Β°F / 175Β°C for 25–30 minutes until golden.

  2. Let rest 10 minutes before pulling apart.
