ππ₯ Cannabutter Pull-Apart Herb Bread
Warm, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth infused bread.
For the Dough

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup warm water

2 tbsp sugar
-
2 ΒΌ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)

1 tsp salt
-
2 tbsp regular butter or oil
For the Infused Herb Butter
-
3β6 tbsp cannabutter (adjust potency)
-
1β2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning or parsley
-
Pinch salt
-
Optional: parmesan or cheddar for cheesy pull-apart
π₯ Instructions
1. Activate Yeast

In a bowl, combine warm water + sugar.

Sprinkle yeast on top; let sit 5β10 min until foamy.
2. Make the Dough

Add salt, flour, and regular butter/oil.

Mix until a dough forms, then knead 5β7 min until smooth.

Cover and rise for 1 hour, until doubled.
3. Prepare the Cannabutter Herb Mixture

Melt cannabutter on LOW heat (donβt simmer).

Stir in garlic, herbs, and salt.
4. Assemble the Pull-Apart Loaf

Punch down dough and roll into a large rectangle.

Brush generously with the infused herb butter.

Slice into strips, then squares.
-
Stack squares loosely in a loaf pan (they donβt need to be perfect).

Drizzle any remaining cannabutter over the top.
5. Bake
-
Bake at 350Β°F / 175Β°C for 25β30 minutes until golden.

Let rest 10 minutes before pulling apart.
