🌿 Infused Cinnamon Rolls with Cannabutter Glaze
🧈 Ingredients
Dough:

¾ cup warm milk (about 110°F)

2¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 egg + 1 egg yolk, room temperature

¼ cup cannabutter, melted (see dosing note below)

2¾ cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp salt
Filling:

½ cup regular butter (softened, not melted)
-
¾ cup brown sugar
-
2 tbsp cinnamon
Glaze:
-
4 oz cream cheese, softened
-
2 tbsp regular butter
-
¾ cup powdered sugar
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
1–2 tbsp milk (to thin if needed)
🍞 Directions
1. Make the Dough

In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5–10 min until foamy.

Add egg, egg yolk, and melted cannabutter. Mix until smooth.

Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead 8–10 min (by hand or mixer) until soft and elastic.

Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1–1.5 hours, until doubled.
2. Make the Filling
Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon into a smooth paste.
3. Shape the Rolls

Roll dough into a rectangle (~14×9 inches).

Spread the filling evenly over the dough.

Roll up tightly from the long side and slice into 9–12 rolls.

Place rolls in a greased 9×13″ pan. Cover and rise 30–45 min.
4. Bake

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.

Cool slightly before glazing.
5. Make the Glaze
Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread over warm rolls.
