🍫 Cannabutter Chocolate Lava Cakes (Makes 2-4 servings)
Ingredients:

1/4 cup cannabutter, melted

3 oz dark chocolate (about 70% cocoa), chopped

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 large egg
-
1 large egg yolk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp salt

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

🔪 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 2 ramekins (6-oz) with butter and lightly dust with cocoa powder to prevent sticking.

In a heatproof bowl, combine chopped chocolate and cannabutter. Melt together over a double boiler or in the microwave in short bursts (15-20 sec), stirring frequently until smooth.

Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.

Add the egg and egg yolk, whisking until the mixture is thick and glossy.

Mix in vanilla extract and salt.

Gently fold in the flour until just combined — do not overmix.

Divide the batter between the two ramekins.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still soft and jiggly.

⚠️ Dosing Note:
If your cannabutter is potent, consider using half regular butter and half cannabutter, especially for new or low-tolerance users. Estimate THC per serving and start low, go slow.
