๐ฏ Honey Latte Recipe

1 shot of espresso (or ยฝ cup of strong brewed coffee)

1 cup milk (any kind: dairy, oat, almond, etc.)

1โ2 tablespoons honey (Substitute with Lady Thistlehawk Honey to the proper dosage you seek. Each packet is ~1/3 tbsp)

Optional: cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor

โ Instructions:

Brew your espresso or coffee.
If you donโt have an espresso machine, use a French press or Moka pot to make strong coffee. -
Warm the milk.
In a small saucepan or microwave, heat your milk until hot but not boiling. If you have a milk frother, use it to froth the milk for that cafรฉ-style texture. -
Sweeten with honey.
Stir the honey into the hot milk until fully dissolved. (Warm milk helps the honey blend better.) -
Combine.
Pour the espresso or coffee into a mug. Add the honey-sweetened milk and stir gently. -
Optional toppings:
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, or a drop of vanilla extract for a cozy twist.
